Today, the ecoCare Group, which includes PT Indocare Pacific, PT Tukang Bersih Indonesia, and PT Indocitra Pacific, is expanding its leadership team. We are currently seeking ambitious professionals to join the second batch of our Management Development Program (MDP).

Core Responsibilities
As an MDP participant, you will be expected to:
* Collaborate on Strategic Projects: Work directly with senior management on cross-departmental initiatives.
* Drive Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance business workflows and support the execution of key corporate strategies.
* Engage in Intensive Training: Participate in comprehensive coaching and development programs aimed at sharpening your managerial and leadership competencies.
* Cross-Functional Learning: Actively partner with various business units to master our internal processes and operational models.
* Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed progress reports and deliver presentations to the management team to demonstrate project outcomes.
* Professional Growth: Proactively embrace challenges to foster both personal development and long-term career progression within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, Public Relations, International Relations, or related fields.
* Experience: 1–2 years of work experience is preferred; however, high-potential fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Leadership & Soft Skills: Proven track record of leadership in organizations or committees, paired with exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
* Strategic Mindset: A genuine interest in business development, corporate strategy, and operations management.
* Commitment: Candidates must be willing to undergo an intensive training program and commit to a two-year service agreement.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to be stationed at or transferred to any ecoCare Group branch as required by business needs.
